As the world and our own people try to dip their hands in a self-fulfilling prophecy of hate: keep your hands out of the water. Don't buy in to the lies and the violence. The only people who can stop this self-fulfilling prophecy is us. We the American people can consciously make the decision to let our leader be a puppet head and ensure that the policies and governing of this government are made properly. Instead of being the change you wish to see: just be a decent human being. Stand up for what's right and stand up for those who are affected: even if it's not you who is directly affected. Keep your head high, your standards high, and your moral compass strong. With those traits in the hands of so many citizens we have the power to keep our country in a state of constantly moving forward.
